Christmas in Bethlehem: the cross banished from souvenirs

For emotion of Islamic fundamentalism, textile workshops in Hebron and Jerusalem, display and sell T-shirts and another items depicting the Church of the Nativity without the cross. Discrimination and economic crisis are forcing Christians to scarper from the Palestinian territories and Israel. The venture is to wager a forthcoming without Christians in the Holy Land.

In an discourse with Samir Qumsieh, administrator of the Christian television send Al-Mahed Nativity TV in Bethlehem, (…) he said: “I want to start a crusade to urge people not to acquire these products – he says – because the remotion of the interbreed is an aggression against Christians, it is like saying that Savior was never crucified” .
